Overview:
We are looking for a professional with strong experience in HR legal matters, employee‑related compliance, and contract drafting & review. This role will support HR in managing legal issues, ensuring policy adherence, and coordinating with the legal team on all documentation and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle HR legal issues, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and statutory compliance.

Liaise with the Legal team on notices, investigations, and risk mitigation.

Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, agreements, and HR policy documents.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR governance.

Maintain accurate documentation for all legal‑HR cases.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Legal, compliance, and contract drafting.

Strong understanding of labor laws, HR processes, and documentation.

Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
