Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote bulk sales offerings. Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions. Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales orders. Maintain a database of customer information, interactions, and sales activities. Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues effectively. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve offerings.
Proven experience in telesales or customer service; experience in bulk/B2B sales is a plus. Excellent verbal communication in [English and local languages as applicable]. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Comfortable working with CRM software and basic computer applications. Minimum qualification: High school diploma; a degree in business or marketing is preferred.
