Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and target-driven Tele-Sales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves handling customer calls, generating leads, and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain products and convert leads into sales
- Follow up with potential customers
- Achieve daily call and sales targets
- Maintain basic records of leads and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic sales understanding
- Tele-calling / sales experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
