Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Support in the preparation of onboarding materials and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Training and Development: Help organize employee training sessions.
- HR Administration: Handle general HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Employee Engagement: Assist with organizing team-building activities, events, or employee recognition programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in HR
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
