The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for software development, AI, web development, mobile applications, UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and enterprise technology roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Search, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment pipeline.
- Build talent pools for future hiring.
- Negotiate salary and offers.
- Maintain candidate relationships.
- Track hiring metrics.
- Ensure positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with project managers to understand hiring needs.
- Recruit for domestic and international positions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
