Branch Manager (BM) – NBFC
Job Description:
Responsible for managing branch operations, achieving business targets, and leading the branch team, with a primary focus on NCD, Sub-Debt and Gold Loan business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize funds through NCD and Subordinated Debt products.
- Acquire new investors and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Develop and grow the Gold Loan business, including customer acquisition, disbursement, renewal and recovery.
- Achieve monthly and yearly fund mobilization and Gold Loan targets.
- Lead, motivate and monitor branch staff to achieve business goals.
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation and compliance.
- Monitor daily branch operations and customer service.
- Prepare regular business and performance reports for management.
Preferred: Experience in NBFC, Gold Loan, Fund Mobilization or Financial Services, with strong communication, sales and customer relationship skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
