Job Title: Office Executive
Location: Nagpur
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Visit banks for cheque deposits, withdrawals, DDs, account-related work, and other banking activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents systematically.
- Prepare letters, reports, and basic Excel/MS Office documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
- Manage courier, dispatch, and inward/outward registers.
- Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
- Follow up with vendors, service providers, and government offices when required.
- Perform other office-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Willingness to travel locally for official banking and office-related work.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BA or equivalent).
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and office administration is preferred.
