We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling data entry, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Generate reports and update spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Respond to emails and handle internal correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Support management with day-to-day operational tasks.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
