We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Key Accounts Manager to lead business development and sales within an assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with architects, builders, and interior designers, and a proven track record in project-based sales within the building materials industry.
Key responsibilities:-
- Business development & sales — promote products through architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, builders & developers; identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Distribution network management — manage and grow the sales & distribution network for the assigned region.
- Client relationship management — resolve customer issues promptly and develop strategies for retention and long-term satisfaction.
- Target achievement & reporting — meet company-set sales targets and submit timely reports on project pipeline and distribution performance.
- Brand promotion — execute brand visibility activities, represent the company at exhibitions, events, and industry conferences.
- Cross-functional collaboration — align with marketing and product teams on strategy, and optimise resource utilisation and cost management.
Requirements:-
BBA or MBA (Business / Marketing)
3–5 years recent project sales experience
Strong network with architects, builders & interior designers
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Excellent communication skills
Age 25–35 years; owns private vehicle preferred
Background in project segment (not retail)
Willingness to travel for business expansion
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
