Greet two-wheeler owners warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns/complaints, and conduct a basic physical walkaround inspection of the motorcycle or scooter.
Open and document detailed repair orders (job cards) in the dealer management system, noting the vehicle's condition, fuel level, existing scratches, and accessories.
Estimate the cost of labor and spare parts and secure customer approval before proceeding with any remedial or paid work.
Assign tasks to technicians, relay technical complaints accurately, and track the repair progress throughout the day.
Promote value-added services, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), genuine accessories, and explain warranty policies.
Keep customers updated on their vehicle's repair status and conduct a final quality check/inspection before handing the vehicle back.
Close out invoices and payments, and make follow-up calls for service reminders and customer satisfaction feedback.
Education: Diploma, ITI, or Graduation in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
