Job Summary
The Hospital Marketing & Sales professional is responsible for increasing patient footfall, building referral networks, promoting hospital services, and strengthening the hospital’s brand presence in the community. The role involves both field marketing and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Patient Acquisition
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase OPD & IP admissions
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Generate leads through camps, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs
- Promote specialty services (e.g., dialysis, surgery packages, health check-ups)
2. Doctor & Referral Management
- Build strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Regular visits to general practitioners (GPs) and consultants
- Maintain referral database and track conversions
3. Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups
- Establish tie-ups with corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs
- Organize health camps, check-ups, and awareness programs in companies
- Handle empanelment processes
4. Branding & Promotions
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media, website, and ads
- Manage hospital branding, hoardings, brochures, and promotional materials
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Analyze competitor hospitals’ services, pricing, and strategies
- Identify market trends and patient preferences
- Suggest improvements in services and pricing
6. Patient Relationship Management
- Ensure patient satisfaction and feedback collection
- Handle escalations related to marketing or service expectations
- Improve patient retention and loyalty programs
7. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports
- Track ROI of campaigns and activities
- Maintain records of leads, conversions, and revenue generated
Key Skills Required

Qualifications
- MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management
- 5+ years experience for Manager role (preferably in hospital/healthcare industry)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
