Job Description (JD) – E-Commerce Executive
Position: E-Commerce Executive
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Location: , Surat
Experience: 2–4 Years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00PM
Responsibilities
- Manage online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Upload and optimize product listings
- Monitor orders, inventory, and stock updates
- Handle pricing, promotions, and discount campaigns
- Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
- Manage product catalogs and product images
- Resolve marketplace-related issues and account health concerns
Requirements
- 2–4 years of E-Commerce experience
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplaces
- Basic Excel and reporting skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
