Position: Marketing Manager

Reports To: General Manager / Director
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Create and manage promotional materials and marketing content.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate and nurture leads.
- Manage social media platforms and online presence.
- Monitor marketing budgets and campaign performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Prepare marketing reports and present performance metrics to management.
- Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

Salary: 30000- 50000
Joining: Immediate / As per notice period.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
