Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales order execution from order receipt to dispatch.
- Prepare sales invoices, billing documents, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Plan and monitor dispatch schedules while coordinating with transporters for on-time deliveries.
- Track orders through the ERP system and maintain accurate order status records.
- Maintain open order reports, outstanding statements, and dispatch records.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely processing of customer requirements.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, billing, dispatch, and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and daily order tracking updates.
- Ensure all sales and dispatch documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
Key Requirements
- Experience in sales coordination, billing, dispatch, and customer coordination.
- Knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹21,454.62 - ₹35,263.75 per month
