Flutter Developer Intern
About the Role
Metaminds Studio is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Flutter Developer Interns who are eager to build a career in mobile application development. This opportunity is designed for candidates who have a basic understanding of Flutter and are willing to learn, grow, and work on real-world client projects.
The selected candidates will undergo 1 to 2 months of structured training, followed by a 4-month paid internship. Based on their performance during the internship, candidates will be offered a full-time Flutter Developer position with the company.
Program Structure
- Training Period: 1 to 2 Months
- Paid Internship: 4 Months
- Full-Time Opportunity: Based on internship performance
CompensationDuring Internship
- Monthly Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000
After Successful Internship
- Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- (Based on internship performance and technical evaluation.)
Key Responsibilities
- Learn Flutter and Dart development through structured training.
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build responsive mobile applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Learn and work with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
- Assist in integrating Firebase, Supabase, and Node.js backend services.
- Debug applications and resolve issues under mentor guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter technologies and mobile development trends.
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with basic Flutter knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's Degree or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Flutter and Dart.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Firebase or Supabase.
- Familiarity with state management concepts.
- Personal Flutter projects or GitHub portfolio will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.
