Contacting Customers for Due Payments
Call customers whose loan EMIs or payments are due or overdue and remind them about repayment schedules.
2. Follow-up on Overdue Accounts
Regularly follow up with customers who have missed payments and encourage them to clear pending dues.
3. Explaining Outstanding Amounts
Clearly inform customers about pending loan balances, overdue charges, penalties, and payment deadlines.
