Job Summary
Looking for an HR Analytics Executive to handle HR data, reports, dashboards, and MIS management. The role involves supporting data-driven HR decisions, KPI tracking, workforce planning, audits, and HR process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generated analytical reports related to career counselling and candidate assessments
- Support management with HR data insights for effective decision-making
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports for management and clients
- Assist in creating, tracking, and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend reporting and system improvements
- Coordinate with HR teams for accurate data collection, reporting, and MIS management
- Prepare and maintain career reports, records, and related documentation
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR and career-related data
- Maintain and update reporting trackers, databases, and HR records regularly
- Support workforce analysis, reporting, and operational HR activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- MBA (HR/Analytics) preferred
Skills Required
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Understanding of HR processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HRMS tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
