We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our growing team at our Kochi Branch.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage customer bills and invoices accurately.
- Handle billing software and daily billing operations.
- Maintain records of sales, payments, and transactions.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding billing-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy in cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
- Generate daily and monthly billing reports.
- Support branch administration and basic accounts-related activities.
Requirements
- SSLC / Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Familiarity with billing software and MS Excel is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Salary & Benefits
Salary starting from ₹12,000+ per month
