Netstager Technologies is looking for a motivated, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in sales / business development (preferred)
Location: UL CyberPark, Calicut (Work from office)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients across various industries
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams during client onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (any graduate considered)
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship management and people skills
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a sales career
