Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate live and recorded classes across various programs.
- Assess teaching effectiveness based on predefined quality standards and evaluation metrics.
- Evaluate communication skills, subject knowledge, content delivery, learner engagement, and classroom management.
- Identify strengths, improvement areas, and training needs for faculty members.
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports with constructive and actionable feedback.
- Ensure trainers adhere to academic standards, teaching guidelines, and organizational quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the Academic and Learning & Development teams to enhance teaching quality.
- Maintain faculty quality scores, evaluation records, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 years of teaching, training, or faculty experience (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of teaching methodologies, instructional strategies, and learner engagement techniques.
- Excellent analytical, observation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Prior experience in academic quality assurance, faculty evaluation, or instructional coaching is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Former Teacher, Lecturer, Faculty Member, Corporate Trainer, Academic Coordinator, or Instructional Coach.
- Passionate about enhancing teaching quality and learning outcomes.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to provide objective, constructive, and actionable feedback.
- Comfortable reviewing recorded classes and evaluating trainer performance using quality benchmarks.
- Proficient in preparing evaluation reports and recommending continuous improvement initiatives.
