KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
· Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
· Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
· Select appropriate welding parameters, filler rods, and shielding gases
· Collaborate with production, fabrication, and quality teams to meet project timelines.
· Suggest improvements to welding procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
· Ensure all work is carried out safely, following company and regulatory safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Strong knowledge of welding techniques, symbols, and standards.
· Ability to work independently and deliver precise, clean welds.
· ITI/Diploma in Welding.
· Good problem-solving skills for weld defects and troubleshooting.
