We are hiring for Stores manager for luxury showroom,
Job Location : Delhi ,Mehrauli
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail or multi-designer fashion store.
- Strong knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in coordinating with designers and managing premium customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :Sales & Store Performance
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Increase store revenue and profitability.
- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
Store Operations
- Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
- Manage store assets and maintain safety and security.
- Track sales, stock, expenses, and buying trends to support business decisions.
Customer Experience
- Deliver excellent customer service and styling assistance.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Merchandise & Inventory
- Manage stock levels based on customer demand and seasonal trends.
- Coordinate with designers for stock availability and customized orders.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Help reduce slow-moving inventory and improve stock turnover.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave.
- Develop a strong and capable team for smooth store operations.
