Growth and Purpose US Geography is seeking a Specialist Manager, Analytics and Insights to help drive strategic initiatives on behalf of the Office of the US Geography Leader. This role supports strategy activation and execution across priority efforts by translating leadership priorities into structured workstreams, coordinating delivery, and tracking impact. The role is suited for a professional who can bring clarity to complex initiatives, guide teams through execution, and produce executive-ready insights and communications. The position will work across US Geography priorities, including market growth, talent experience, leadership engagement, and key stakeholder moments.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Strategic Deployment Pod team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a USI team of analysts to execute cross-functional initiatives sponsored by the Office of the US Geography Leader
- Translating leadership priorities into project plans with workstreams, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success measures
- Allocating resources across initiatives based on business priority and team capacity
- Providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and quality oversight to support timely, consistent delivery
- Building dashboards, reporting, tracking mechanisms, templates, and playbooks to support execution and communicate progress to leadership
The team
The Strategic Deployment Pod supports the Office of the US Geography Leader by advancing high-priority strategic initiatives across US Geography. The team works across functions and stakeholders to bring structure to complex priorities, improve execution discipline, and help measure business impact. The pod is designed to operate with speed, flexibility, and consistency while supporting leadership priorities across multiple strategic pillars.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Professional services industry experience
- Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with generative artificial intelligence and automation tools
- Experience leading teams or complex workstreams across global or cross-geography environments
Preferred:
- Experience managing programs with multiple workstreams, milestones, and deliverables
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Experience developing dashboards, reporting, or performance tracking mechanisms
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing execution improvements
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple geographies and business groups
