JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary to prevent shortages.
· Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
· Ensure that inventory is organized and easily accessible.
· Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure they match purchase orders and are in good condition.
· Store goods properly to prevent damage and ensure easy access.
· Label and organize stock for easy identification and retrieval.
· Prepare and process orders for customers or internal departments.
· Verify the accuracy of order contents before shipment or distribution.
- Maintain records of all orders and transactions.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the storage area.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Keep accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
· Prepare reports on stock levels, inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics.
· You are required to regularly update stock levels and coordinate with the eCommerce team to ensure accurate inventory is reflected across all selling platforms.
· Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
· Provide support to other departments as needed.
