Position: Assistant Project Manager
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Are you a results-driven project professional with a passion for delivering excellence? Bureau Veritas is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead project execution, drive customer satisfaction, ensure manpower mobilisation and support business growth.
✅ Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects
✅ Review and understand project contracts, including commercial and performance obligations
✅ Manage manpower mobilsation for projects.
✅ Develop project organization structures, resource plans, execution strategies, and work instructions
✅ Coordinate effectively with clients, operational teams, and Business Line Managers to ensure seamless project delivery
✅ Monitor project performance, invoicing, collections, and receivables
✅ Gather customer feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Conduct project closure activities, profitability analysis, and lessons learned reviews
✅ Identify and promote Bureau Veritas services during interactions with clients and suppliers
✅ Explore new business opportunities and collaborate with Business Development and Business Line teams
✅ Contribute to strengthening client relationships and business growth
Strong project management and coordination capabilities
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented professional
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Customer-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset
✔ Mechanical Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech)
✔ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management
✔ Knowledge of QA/QC/QMS will be an added advantage
