Job Summary
Udhayam Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Technician – Sales & Service to diagnose, repair, and service smartphones while also supporting mobile sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in mobile hardware and software troubleshooting and have the ability to guide customers in selecting suitable mobile devices and accessories.
Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Service & Repairs
- Diagnose and repair mobile phone hardware and software issues.
- Replace mobile components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, speakers, microphones, and cameras.
- Perform software installation, updates, flashing, and data backup.
- Troubleshoot network, charging, and performance-related problems.
- Test devices thoroughly before handing them over to customers.
- Maintain records of service jobs and completed repairs.
- Ensure timely completion of service requests.
Sales Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting smartphones and accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Promote extended warranties and service plans.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and coordinate with the cashier when required.
- Maintain attractive product displays and cleanliness of the showroom.
Customer Service
- Address customer complaints professionally.
- Provide repair estimates and service timelines.
- Follow up with customers regarding repair status.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Inventory & Documentation
- Monitor spare parts availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts requirements.
- Maintain stock records of accessories and service components.
- Prepare daily sales and service reports.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Certification in Mobile Repairing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in mobile servicing and retail sales.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
