Job Summary:
The Senior Stock Auditor is responsible for leading stock audit activities, assessing inventory management practices, conducting risk assessments, and verifying the accuracy of stock records. This position requires a detailed understanding of accounting principles, inventory management systems, and auditing procedures.
- Stock Auditing:
- Conduct thorough physical inspections of inventory and stock to verify quantities and conditions.
- Analyze and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
- Develop and implement audit plans and procedures for stock reviews.
- Prepare reports summarizing audit findings, making recommendations for corrective actions.
- Identify and assess risks related to stock management and reporting.
- Recommend improvements and best practices to mitigate identified risks.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure effective inventory management.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on inventory and stock auditing; prior experience as an auditor or inventory manager is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
