We are seeking an experienced Solar Installation Supervisor to oversee rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily solar installation activities at project sites.
- Manage and coordinate installation technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensure installations comply with electrical and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Coordinate material requirements and inventory at site.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in solar PV installation.
- Knowledge of solar systems, electrical wiring, and safety standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rooftop solar projects.
- Knowledge of net metering and solar commissioning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
