1. In-House Sales Executive
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience: 2–5 Years
Role Overview As our In-House Sales Executive, you will be the face of Marutti Group at our flagship showroom in Vijayawada. You will manage the complete customer experience — from the first greeting to the final deal closure — and play a direct role in driving showroom revenue every single day.
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or B2C sales
- Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu; Hindi/English a plus
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions confidently
- Experience in preparing quotations and managing follow-ups
- Ability to handle objections and close deals with professionalism
- Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused at all times
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or WhatsApp Business tools
Preferred:
- Prior experience in interior materials, hardware, aluminium, glass, plywood, laminates, modular kitchen, or related construction product sales
- Existing knowledge of product categories like ACP, UPVC, or architectural hardware
- Experience working in a premium showroom or branded retail environment
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools or basic order management systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with warmth and professionalism
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and present tailored recommendations
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up proactively to close deals
- Upsell and cross-sell across our wide product portfolio to maximize order value
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Maintain updated records of all leads, inquiries, and order status
2. Field Marketing Executive
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Fuel Reimbursement
Experience: 2–5 Years
Mandatory: Own Bike + Valid Driving License
Role Overview As our Field Marketing Executive, you will be the ground force driving Marutti Group's market expansion. You will be responsible for visiting dealers, onboarding new clients, generating leads in the field, and ensuring our brand has a strong, visible presence across your assigned territory.
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, territory management, or B2B market development
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and hold a valid driving license — non-negotiable
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with dealers and distributors
- Self-motivated with the ability to plan and execute independently
- Good communication skills in Telugu; working knowledge of Hindi or English preferred
- Comfortable with daily travel across the assigned market territory
- Disciplined in maintaining field visit reports and lead tracking records
Preferred:
- Prior experience in field sales within interior materials, hardware, aluminium, glass, plywood, laminates, ACP, or related building material segments
- Existing relationships with local dealers, contractors, or distributors in the Vijayawada region
- Knowledge of territory mapping and market penetration strategies
- Experience representing a brand at local trade events or product meets
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Maps routing, or basic CRM tools for reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute regular market visits across the assigned territory
- Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and business clients
- Generate fresh leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer partners
- Brief dealers on new products, pricing updates, and ongoing promotional schemes
- Represent Marutti Group's brand at local trade events and contractor meetings
- Submit accurate daily and weekly field activity reports to the reporting manager
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends
3. Sales & Marketing Manager
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month
Experience: 4–8 Years (Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role)
Role Overview We are looking for a proven sales leader who takes complete ownership, drives the team proactively, and delivers results without requiring repeated follow-ups. As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will lead the entire sales and marketing function — from strategy to execution — and play a defining role in Marutti Group's next phase of growth.
Required:
- 4–8 years of experience in sales and marketing with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage a sales team effectively
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, dealer/distributor channel management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication skills — confident presenting to leadership and guiding field teams equally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in sales reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
- High ownership mindset — you deliver without needing to be chased
Preferred:
- Prior experience in the interior materials, building materials, hardware, aluminium, glass, ACP, laminates, or modular kitchen industry
- MBA or PGDM in Sales & Marketing (not mandatory but an advantage)
- Experience planning and executing offline marketing campaigns, dealer meets, or product launch events
- Established network of dealers, distributors, or trade contacts in AP/Telangana region
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales dashboards, and digital marketing basics
- Experience in managing institutional or project-based B2B sales pipelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house sales and field marketing teams
- Set individual and team targets, review performance, and drive accountability
- Drive dealer and distributor network expansion into new territories
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, dealer meets, and brand activation events
- Build a strong B2B pipeline through architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors
- Monitor sales metrics and proactively course-correct to meet revenue goals
- Recruit, onboard, and build a high-performance sales team as the company scales
- Submit regular performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership
