Key Responsibilities
- Live Tracking: Monitor rider GPS from start to end to verify tracks and routes.
- Rider Investigation: Call unresponsive riders to check on breakdowns, charging issues, or delays.
- Internal Coordination: Bridge the gap between the tracking team and riders to resolve transit issues.
- Supply Optimization: Identify high-demand zones and charging hubs that need more EV riders.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and ability to use GPS tracking dashboards.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with riders over the phone.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
