Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned AI Generalist to drive AI adoption and innovation across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings 7–8 years of hands-on experience across the AI spectrum — machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and Generative AI/LLMs — and can independently design, build, and deploy AI solutions that solve real business problems. This role requires a versatile, hands-on technologist who can work across multiple domains, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions across multiple business functions and use cases.
- Work hands-on with Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
- Build and optimize machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision models as required by business use cases.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement across departments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI solution architectures.
- Manage end-to-end AI project lifecycle: data collection, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Integrate AI models and APIs into existing enterprise systems, applications, and workflows.
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and third-party platforms suited to enterprise needs.
- Ensure responsible AI practices including data privacy, security, bias mitigation, and model governance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building AI capability within the organization.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and research, and assess their applicability to the business.
- Document solution architecture, model performance, and processes for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of overall experience in AI/ML, with demonstrated breadth across multiple AI domains (not limited to one specialization).
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar).
- Solid understanding of NLP, computer vision, and traditional ML techniques.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with MLOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations, model deployment, and production-grade AI systems.
- Good understanding of data engineering fundamentals — data pipelines, databases, and data preprocessing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment, managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred
- Prior experience implementing enterprise-wide AI strategy or AI Center of Excellence initiatives.
- Exposure to AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience mentoring or leading small AI/ML teams.
