Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC machines efficiently and safely.
- Perform machine setup and job setting as per production requirements.
- Prepare, edit, and optimize CNC programs.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Conduct inspection of machined components using measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Ensure production quality and meet daily production targets.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in VMC machine operation, setting, and programming.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
