- Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Identify client needs through thorough financial analysis and proactive engagement, recommending appropriate financial products and services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance, wealth management).
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach, to expand the client base and achieve growth targets.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our offerings.
- Monitor client portfolios, conduct regular reviews, and provide timely updates and advice to ensure their financial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit, and operations, to deliver seamless and integrated solutions to clients.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
