- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek Claims.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to customize and extend application functionalities to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs related to claims processing.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
