Job Title: Billing Engineer (Real Estate)
Experience: 5+ years with reputed real estate builders/developers.

Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and verifying contractor/client bills, quantity measurements, BOQ verification, RA & final bills, cost reconciliation, and ensuring timely billing as per contracts, approved drawings, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and certify RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Verify quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and executed work.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, contracts, finance, and consultants.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and documentation.
- Monitor cost variations, recoveries, and payment certifications.
- Ensure timely submission of billing MIS and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
