About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions focused on payroll automation and HR transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Enterprise Solution Architecture, Cloud AI Platforms, and Machine Learning, with the ability to architect secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions that enhance payroll accuracy, automate business processes, and improve employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define AI strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap for enterprise payroll automation initiatives.
- Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Identify and implement AI use cases such as payroll validation, AI-powered chatbots, intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, and workflow automation.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate LLMs, AI models, cloud AI services, and enterprise technologies.
- Architect integrations between AI platforms and enterprise HR, payroll, and business applications.
- Establish AI governance, Responsible AI practices, security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven enterprise solutions.
- Assess emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture best practices.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Machine Learning.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and enterprise AI platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, Vector Databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing REST API-based enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Azure and AWS Cloud Architecture.
- Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with payroll automation platforms.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll business processes.
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
- AI integration with enterprise HR applications.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and enterprise DevOps practices.
- TOGAF or enterprise architecture methodologies.
