1. In-charge for all the duties of Maintenance and Repair works of both commercial and residential buildings.
2. Following up the regular work schedules of Maintenance and Repair works.
3. Must of Good knowledge of Maintenance and repair works.
4. Reporting all the Maintenance and Repair works schedules and follow-ups to the line Manager.
5. Must have two wheeler.
6. Experience: Min. 0-5 Years.
7. 10th & 12th & Diploma & any degree also eligible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
