About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to join our Operations Team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting both Inventory Management and Dispatch Operations based on business requirements. The ideal candidate should be flexible, willing to take ownership of warehouse activities, and capable of coordinating with manpower to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement data.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper bin management and stock tracking.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain data accuracy.
Dispatch Operations
- Coordinate daily order processing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Verify dispatch quantities, documentation, and shipment readiness.
- Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Track dispatch performance and resolve operational issues.
Team & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate and manage warehouse manpower based on operational requirements.
- Allocate tasks and monitor daily execution of activities.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse processes and operational discipline.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and warehouse staff.
- Support operational improvement initiatives and process compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Filters, Pivot Tables).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and manage daily warehouse operations.
- Flexible to work in Inventory Management or Dispatch functions as per business requirements.
- Active, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Salary
- As per industry standards and candidate experience.
