About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to handle and optimize lead generation campaigns.
You will manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive qualified leads. Work directly with the Founder in a fast-growing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta & Google Ads to meet CPL and lead targets.
- Manage full-funnel journeys and retargeting strategies.
- Create and coordinate ad creatives (Canva + designer support).
- Track performance, analyze data, and share weekly reports with insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Performance Marketing with focus on lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (FB & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing funnels.
- B2B marketing experience is a plus.
Good to Have
- LinkedIn Ads experience
- Basic Canva / video editing skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
