Business & Sales Leadership: Drive the achievement of top-line revenue, product mix, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). You'll be accountable for sales targets, managing lead campaigns, and ensuring profitable product sales, including term-share.
Team Development & Management: Mentor and coach your team of ABMD/BMD leaders to improve their lead conversion ratios and productivity. Ensure your FLLs effectively manage their own teams, providing timely on-the-job training and support to new hires to help them succeed and reduce attrition. Proactively build your own team through referrals and ensure 100% manpower for the assigned territory.
Customer & Branch Operations: Oversee the efficient management of customer walk-ins at the HDFC Life branch. This includes ensuring the team addresses service requests related to policy issues, and then identifies opportunities to upsell to existing customers based on their profiles.
Strategic Planning & Execution:Plan and execute business travel to engage with your team and drive business goals across the territory.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives seamlessly.
