Job Summary
BeastDrive is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives to connect with potential participants, promote our events, and drive ticket sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert leads into registrations.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and any one South Indian language:
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Kannada
- Malayalam
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in sales, telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential participants through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Explain event details, ticket categories, pricing, and offers.
- Coordinate with participants and assist them throughout the ticket booking process.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into ticket sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
