About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the IT services sector. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our client base in international markets (USA, UK, Canada, Middle East, etc.), and managing the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure. You will leverage DXBrite’s portfolio of custom software development, cloud services, and digital transformation expertise to help enterprises solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to acquire new global accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, requirement analysis, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with our technical architects and delivery teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and aligned with client needs.
- Represent DXBrite at industry events and networking forums.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in business development within the software/IT service industry.
- Demonstrated success in selling offshore software development services to international markets.
- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (Angular, React, .Net, Node.js, etc.) and software delivery models (MVP, enterprise integration, etc.).
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Good know how of B2B sales channels such as Linkedin, Upwork, Fiverr and others
Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
