Job Description: Stores Executive (3PL Stores Operations)
Department: Supply Chain / Warehouse Operations
Location:Bosch Plant , Hyderabad
Reports To: Stores Supervisor / Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Stores Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations within the 3 PL warehousenenvironment at Bosch , Hyderabad .The role involves inventory control , material receipt and issue , stock accuracy , documentation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow and efficient warehouse operations .
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage inward and outward movement of materials as per operational requirements .
2. Ensure accurate receipt , storage and dispatch of materials .
3. Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) , stock transfers and material issue transactions .
4. Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy in the system .
5. Conduct periodic cycle counts and physical stock verification .
6. Coordinate with production , logistics and procurement teams for material availability .
7. Ensure proper labeling , storage and preservation of materials .
8. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages , damages or discrepancies .
9. Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and inventory control procedures .
10. Maintain all stores - related documentation and reports .
11. Ensure compliance with Bosch and company safety standards and warehouse procedures .
12. Support internal and external audits related to inventory and warehouse operations .
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain , Logistics , Commerce or a related field.
2. 1-4 years of experience in Stores , Warehouse , Inventory or 3PL Operations .
3. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred .
4. Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems(SAP preferred)

3. Knowledge of SAP , ERP or Warehouse Management Systems(WMS).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
