pparel Store Manager
Vestiary is looking for an experienced and motivated Apparel Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our store at Vista Square Mall, Sector 83, Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations efficiently.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, POS operations, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in apparel retail.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor.
Skills:

- Inventory management.
- MS Excel and POS system knowledge.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
