Roles and Responsibilities : -

Project Execution- End to end responsibility of the given portion of the project.

Supervise and manage daily site activities including labour, material and equipment.

Experienced in RCC, Shuttering, reinforcement, waterproofing activities

Ensure that work is carried out safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Monitor and control the progress of the project, report any deviations or issues to the Project Lead

Maintain and update records of project activities, including daily site reports, material delivery records, and labour time sheets
-
Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, verification of contractor's bills
-
Assist in preparing project schedules and budget estimates
-
Ensuring compliance to safety guidelines, creating safety related awareness on site.
- Prior material management for smooth progress of the project.

Timely handover of flats with good customer satisfaction
Educational Qualification: 10+2+ Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
