An Inside Sales Coordinator drives revenue by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales leads remotely via phone, email, and video conferencing from Office. To manage the full sales cycle, maintain CRM data, and meet monthly/quarterly targets by building rapport, performing product demos, and negotiating terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential customers via cold calling, emails, and social media.
- Sales Execution: Deliver virtual product demonstrations, explain features, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, interactions, and sales metrics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or outbound call centers.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for persuasive, professional interaction.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Target-Driven: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma/GED minimum, with bachelor's degrees preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
