Role Description
The Inside Sales supports the sales team by handling customer coordination, order processing, documentation, and backend sales activities. He/She acts as the second point of contact forcustomers and ensures smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and complete vendor registration
· Coordinate with customers to obtain IATF/other documents
· Check Open orders on ERP and Assist with internal follow up for dispatches
· Act as a secondary point of contact when the Sales team is unavailable.
· Enter OR & SR into the system as instructed by Sales team.
· Generate Quotes & PI as instructed by Sales team.
· Assist in increasing customer participation in exhibition booths.
· Support marketing team by sharing exhibition details with customers via email or calls.
· Inform clients about new product developments.
· Assist Sales team in payment follow-ups when required.
· Manage and coordinate CRM entries for lead and accounts.
Must have:
- Education – B.Com/ BBA/ Any Equivalent Degree.
- 2+ year Experience in Sales domain.
- Effective communication (Fluent English is must).
- Strong Coordination Skill.
- Attention to detail.
- Time Management & Prioritization.
- Customer-Centric Approach.
- Resilience & Adaptability.
- Learning Agility.
- Strong Interpersonal Skill.
