Job Description – Telecalling & System Operations Executive We are looking for Telecalling & System Operations Executives to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, data entry, and day-to-day computer/system operations.
Responsibilities:
Make customer calls and generate leads.
Handle customer queries and follow-ups. Maintain records and update system data. Perform basic computer and system-related tasks.
Coordinate with the team for daily operations.
Requirements:
Computer knowledge is mandatory. Good communication skills.
Basic MS Office and internet knowledge.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
