Operational
* Assess patients on arrival and prioritize care according to the severity of their condition (triage).
* Provide emergency nursing care to trauma, medical, surgical, pediatric, and critically ill patients.
* Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and promptly report any deterioration.
* Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and injections as prescribed.
* Assist doctors during emergency procedures such as intubation, CPR, wound suturing, fracture management, and other life-saving interventions.
* Prepare and maintain emergency equipment, crash cart, oxygen supply, and resuscitation instruments.
* Perform CPR and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) as required.
* Maintain infection control practices and ensure patient safety at all times.
* Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, ICU, OT, and other departments for patient management.
* Prepare patients for admission, transfer, referral, or discharge.
* Maintain accurate nursing records, treatment charts, and medico-legal documentation.
* Educate patients and relatives regarding treatment plans and emergency care instructions.
* Ensure adequate stock of emergency drugs and consumables and report shortages.
* Participate in emergency drills, quality improvement activities, and NABH protocols.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
