Job Title: Purchase Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage and optimize the procurement of IT products (like laptops, desktops, switches, routerse etc.) and services. The role focuses on vendor coordination, cost control, and ensuring timely availability of required resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete purchasing activities for IT hardware, software, and services
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving and sourcing opportunities
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement guidelines
- Resolve purchasing and supply-related issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill procurement needs
Required Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in purchasing/procurement within the IT sector
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor management
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/purchasing systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT product and service purchasing
- Understanding of contract terms and vendor agreements
- Awareness of procurement best practices and sourcing strategies
